Contractual Terms

Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking house clearance, commercial strip-outs or waste disposal services with Undisputed Waste Services.

1. Agreement and Service Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern all contracts for property clearance, bulky junk collection, garden clearance, office strip-outs and general waste removal entered into with Undisputed Waste Services (operating under registered company number 17356878, registered office First Floor, Swan Buildings, 20 Swan Street, Manchester M4 5JW).

By accepting a quotation or confirming an appointment, the customer agrees to be bound by these provisions. Any variation to these terms must be confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Undisputed Waste Services.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are provided based on the volume, weight, and description of items supplied by the client during initial enquiry. If, upon arrival, the volume, density, or nature of the waste differs substantially from the initial brief, our on-site team will advise an adjusted fixed quote before loading commences.

Unless explicitly specified otherwise, domestic clearance prices include labour, loading, transport, and standard commercial tipping fees.

3. Site Access and Parking

The customer is responsible for ensuring reasonable and safe physical access to the property on the scheduled service date. This includes notifying our team of tight stairwells, lack of lift access, parking restrictions, or red route loading prohibitions.

Where parking permits or bay suspensions are required to position collection vehicles, the client is responsible for arranging permits or covering associated municipal charges unless agreed in writing beforehand.

4. Prohibited and Hazardous Materials

Undisputed Waste Services operates under Environment Agency upper tier registration CBDU649744 for non-hazardous commercial and domestic waste. Unless specifically agreed in writing with approved handling procedures, we cannot accept:

  • Raw asbestos or materials suspected of containing asbestos fibres
  • Pressurised gas cylinders, flammable canisters, or explosives
  • Industrial toxic chemicals, solvents, pesticides, and medical waste
  • Untreated biological waste or clinical sharps

5. Ownership and Title of Goods

The client warrants that they are the lawful owner of all items presented for clearance, or possess full legal authority from the owner or estate executor to arrange disposal.

Once items are loaded onto our vehicles and the waste transfer note is executed, title to the materials transfers to Undisputed Waste Services for statutory processing, sorting, reuse, or recycling. Items cannot be reclaimed once our vehicles depart site.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that moving dates and property completions can shift. We request at least 24 hours notice for booking cancellations or reschedules so we can reallocate our field crews. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or where our crew attends site but is denied access may incur a standard call-out charge.

7. Statutory Compliance and Liability

Undisputed Waste Services maintains comprehensive public liability insurance and adheres strictly to the UK Environmental Protection Act 1990. Customers receive official electronic waste transfer documentation upon completion of service.
